These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Calumet mobile application ("Calumet", "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using Calumet, you agree to these Terms.

Not medical advice

Calumet provides training recommendations, effort scores, and fitness insights for informational and motivational purposes only. Calumet is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or changing any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition.

Assumption of risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury. You use Calumet's recommendations, effort scoring, and training load guidance at your own risk. You are solely responsible for exercising within your own physical limits and stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.

Your account

If you create an account to enable data sync, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your data

You retain ownership of the workout and health data you generate in Calumet. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it's used.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Calumet except as permitted by law, and not to use the App in any way that violates applicable law or infringes others' rights.

Service availability

Calumet's core features work offline using data stored on your device. Optional account sync depends on our backend services being available, which we do not guarantee will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimer of warranties

Calumet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy of training recommendations or fitness of the app for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury, arising from your use of Calumet.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use of Calumet after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
